Add a session player when ready
The optional session-player tab tests the route between your actual studios. Exchange the invitation and reply, then see round-trip time, packet loss and packet counts from a one-minute test.
The solo check contacts SessionCat and Cloudflare’s discovery service. It does not record audio. The small download sample is not a full bandwidth test. Response times are not audio latency, and checking this Mac cannot predict the connection to a particular session player. The optional session-player test measures that route with test packets; neither test guarantees future network conditions.
